Egyptian-American artist Mal is drawn into an electrifying connection with an online suitor, Adam, whose enigmatic past allures him. As Mal balances his day job, art-making, and a circle of friends whose lives have grown chaotic, his exchanges with Adam deepen and grow twisted. Mal is forced to confront unsettling truths about identity, trust, and what it means to see beyond the surface. This mystery/thriller explores the shifting boundaries of reality and illusion in the search for love.
